Using and Creating Custom Qualifiers

Customers that purchase lead retrieval can apply Custom Qualifiers to their orders. Custom qualifiers are scannable barcodes built on the MyExpoLeads (MXL) platform that work with the LeadKey device. When an exhibitor scans a badge, they can also scan a custom qualifier to include more information in the final lead report. Customers who purchase this upgrade will notice a new tab at the top of their MXL portal labeled "Custom Qualifiers."

Clicking on this tab will take you from the "Manage Leads" view to the "Manage Qualifiers" view of the portal:



This section of the portal will allow users to generate custom qualifiers as well as download and print them. There is no functional restriction to the number of qualifiers that can be formed—however, each qualifier can only include 25 characters. Selecting the Download Qualifiers option will open a new window with the qualifiers generated as barcodes, which can then be printed. An example of these can be seen below:

Qualifiers can be scanned after a lead to add the corresponding information to the lead report, which can be viewed and download via MyExpoLeads.

Please note: It is strongly recommended to print your qualifiers before arriving at your event. We cannot guarantee that onsite support staff will have access to a printer that can print qualifiers for exhibitors.
