Logging Into the LeadPod Pro

Overview

To use the LeadPod Pro app to collect leads, one must first login. If you have purchased a LeadPod Pro license and are having difficulties logging in, please see the below information.

Instructions

You will first need to download the LeadPod Pro app. The app is available on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store and is named "LeadPod Pro," by Expo Logic. For additional information, please see our article "How to Download the LeadPod Pro App."

After downloading the app, you will be prompted to register your device on which you will capture leads. This device will show up in the leads portal of MyExpoLeads later, when it is time to collect and download your lead data.

Once your device is registered, you will need to log in to the app using the license information from your confirmation email. Your confirmation email is sent out after placing an order with Expo Logic. It contains the following information: purchase details; license information; login information for LeadPod Pro; login information for MyExpoLeads; and other event information. Please do not lose this email! If you are unable to locate it or otherwise do not have it, please reach out to our support team who can have it resent to you. 

Once you have located your confirmation email, you can use your license code or your QR code to log into the app. From there, you are ready to begin collecting leads!
