To order a custom API Integration (also known as a Dev Kit), please contact our Support Team using this request form. Once your request has been submitted, a support representative will be in contact with you shortly.

The deadline for ordering custom API Integration for an Expo Logic event is no later than two weeks prior to the event's start date. This is to ensure that our support team has enough time to process the order, troubleshoot any payment issues that may arise, and create and test the API credentials. We ask all API customers to allow five business days for API credentials to be created, tested, and sent out once a confirmation of processed payment is received. 

Orders that are requested with less than 14 days until an event's start date will not be granted.
