Overview

Users needing additional Expo Logic support or who have questions are asked to submit a support ticket to the Expo Logic Support Team.

 

Support tickets can be submitted in multiple ways:

  •  A support ticket will be auto-generated when a user sends an email to: support@expologic.com
  • On the homepage of the Expo Logic Knowledge Base, click Submit a Request in the header and you will be routed to a help desk ticket form to complete and submit.

 

Your ticket will be assigned and answered by our support team as soon as possible. Standard Desk Support Hours are Monday - Friday, 6am - 6pm EST.
