Expo Logic will provide a 100% refund to any client or consumer if the request is made any time up to two weeks before the first day of their event. This policy applies to all Expo Logic equipment (LeadKeys, LeadPod Pros, et al).
Refund requests that come in less than two weeks before the start of an event will be subject to a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee.
If there is a refund requested during or after the conclusion of an event, it must be approved by the Expo Logic team on a case by case basis. Unused licenses will not be refunded.
Note: Refunds requested for lead retrieval will not be approved if there is clear use of the lead retrieval unit(s) working. This includes scenarios such as, but not limited to, a customer being dissatisfied with how many leads were captured, claims of technical malfunction despite evidence of lead capture in MXL, and so on.
