Accepted Payments
The following methods are accepted by Expo Logic as forms of payment for lead retrieval services:
- Debit/Credit Card
- Check
Debit and credit cards may be used for payment via our online ordering portal, via an event-specific PDF order form, via phone with one of our support team members, or on-site. To place an order using your event's PDF order form or by phone, please reach out to our support team.
Personal checks can be processed online or by phone and must be done by an Expo Logic support team member. While it is not recommended, checks sent through the mail are possible as a last resort option for payment. For more information, please reach out to our support team.
ACH/Wire Transfer payments are not an option widely available for every exhibitor to use. However, if an exhibitor is having perpetual difficulties with card payments and are unable to pay by check, this method of payment can be used. In these instances, please direct the exhibitors to reach out to Melanie Szlucha via email. If Melanie is not available, please post in the Ticketed Support Teams channel for further instructions. To reiterate, this method should only be used if there are no other options for payment.
At this time, Expo Logic does not accept Apple/Google pay or physical currency as a form of payment.
