How to Access My Leads from LeadKey device

Overview

The LeadKey is a physical device used by Expo Logic to gather leads at conferences and events. To access your collected leads, please use the following steps:

• At the completion of your event, the LeadKey devices has to be returned to an Expo Logic team member. Exhibitors are typically given email instructions on how and where to return. If you are confused about how or where to return your device, please contact our support team

• Once the LeadKey device is returned, Expo Logic staff will upload it to the MyExpoLeads (MXL) internet portal. This is a safe, password-protected area where exhibitors can access and download leads.
  
  
• After the leads have been uploaded, they will then populate in MXL. To access them, navigate to the MyExpoLeads login portal and sign in
  • Your MXL credentials can be found in the confirmation email. This email is delivered to exhibitors when they place a lead retrieval order(s). If you have not received your confirmation email, please contact our support team.
• Once logged in, you will be on your portal home page
  
  
  
  
• To view your leads, you must select your scanner(s) in the dropdown menu. You can view the leads from each individual scanner, or select All Devices to view leads from every scanner.
  
  
• To download your leads, select the Export to Excel or Export to CSV options in the top right corner of your portal. This will export your leads into your preferred format and download them automatically. 
  
  
• Please note: it will occasionally take some time for your leads to populate in MXL due to processing time, retrieval of the unit, etc. If you have returned your LeadKey device and do not see your leads populate within a few days of your event's conclusion, please contact our support team for further investigation.
