Introduction:
Once leads are collected, it is important to know where the data can be accessed. The following directions provide the steps for accessing leads that are collected by a LeadKey device or by the LeadPod Pro app.
Please note the availability of leads is dependent on if leads were collected by the LeadPod Pro app or via a LeadKey device. All leads scanned via the LeadPod Pro app are typically available immediately upon syncing the app with the Expo Logic server.
All leads scanned by a LeadKey device are uploaded after the device has been returned to the onsite event Expo Logic staff member. Because this is a manual process, some variation in uploading speed can occur and leads may not populate the portal immediately.
Directions:
- First, login to the Expo Logic Lead Portal.
- Your order confirmation email will contain both the above URL to the Lead Portal as well as your credentials to login. If you do not have or did not receive your confirmation email, please contact Expo Logic Support and a new email can be sent to you.
- Once you login, you will see a dropdown menu. This will allow you to select which devices' scanned leads you would like to view. You may choose one device at a time or select "all devices."
- Once you have selected your device(s), your leads will populate in the space below.
- To download your leads, select either the "Export to Excel" or "Export to CSV" options on the right hand side.
- Please note that if a scanner is not selected from the dropdown menu, no leads will populate once your Excel or CSV file is exported.
